从外感误治，清热生津；假热真寒，回阳退热；热深厥深，缓下热结；伤食成膈，补中固脱4方面入手探讨喻昌医案《寓意草》中辨治外感病的经验，其辨治外感病法于仲景，辨治精当，效若桴鼓。
- Abstract:

Yu Chang′s experience in differentiating and treating exogenous disease is discussed in his medical cases in YuYiCao from four aspects: therapeutic error for exogenous disease, clearing heat and promoting the production of body fluid; false heat and true cold, reviving yang and abatement of fever; excessive heat causing cold, relaxing the bowls and heat accumulation; impairment of overeating, strengthening the middle energizer and promot-ing the astriction, Yu Chang differentiating and treating exogenous disease follows the example of Zhang Zhongjing, the method is accurate and appropriate, which could obtain better effects in the therapy.
