摘要:
目的：探讨重症再生障碍性贫血感染的护理及预防措施。方法：将重症再生障碍性贫血并发感染患者100例按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例，观察组实施针对性护理，对照组实施常规护理，主要以观察患者病情发现异常及时通知医师处理，并遵医嘱进行临床护理为主。观察2组患者感染发生部位的分布特点，感染控制时间，治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果：2组患者感染以呼吸系统最常见，其次为泌尿系统和消化系统，皮肤软组织感染及其他部位(如颅内感染，关节腔内感染等)少见，观察组感染控制时间快于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗依从性高于对照组(P＜0.05)，护理满意度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：重症再生障碍性贫血患者感染以呼吸系统最常见，实施针对性护理干预能促进患者感染控制情况，提高治疗依从性及护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the nursing and preventive measures of grave aplastic anemia accompnying infection. Methods: All 100 patients with grave aplastic anemia accompanying infection were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, the observation group were given corresponding nursing intervention, and the control group conventional nursing, which contained observing the disease conditions of the patients and notifying the doctor when something unusual were found out, performing clinical care by following the doctors' advice mainly. Nursing satisfaction degrees, therapeutic compliance, infection control time and distribution features of infection site of the patients were observed. Results: In both groups, the infection of respiratory system was the most common, the next were urinary system and digestive system, the infection of skin and soft tissue and other sites (such as intracranial infection, intraarticular infection and others) are rare to see, the observation group was more rapid than the control group in infection control time (P＜0.05), higher than the control group in therapeutic compliance (P＜0.05), suprtior to the contronl group in nursing satisfaction degree (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The infection of the respiratory system is the most common for the patients with grave aplastic anemia, implementing effective nursing intervention could promote infection control conditions of the patients, raise therapeutic compliance and nursing satisfaction degree.
