品管圈活动用于静脉内心电图定位PICC尖端的效果评价-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：评价品管圈活动在静脉内心电图定位外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）尖端的效果。方法：将2016年1月至6月PICC置管患者32例作为对照组，实施肿瘤科常规护理，将2016年7月至12月PICC置管患者30例作为研究组，实施品管圈活动，2组患者均行静脉内心电图定位PICC尖端。比较有形成果包括心电图波形稳定性、PICC尖端到位率、PICC非计划拔管率，记录无形成果包括自信心、责任心、积极性、团队凝聚力、沟通协调、解决问题能力、和谐度和品管手法。结果：与对照组比较，研究组心电图稳定性高，PICC尖端到位率高，PICC非计划拔管率低(P＜0.05)。研究组患者自信心、责任心、积极性、团队凝聚力、沟通协调、解决问题能力、和谐度和品管手法评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：品管圈活动能改善静脉内心电图定位PICC尖端效果，提高无形效果。

Abstract:: Objective: To assess the effects of quality control circle (QCC) activity in the use of PICC tip localization by venous ECG. Methods: All 32 patients who accepted PICC from January, 2016 to June were selected as the control group, and accepted conventional care of department of oncology, another 30 patients who accepted PICC from July, 2016 to December were chosen as the experiment group, and implemented QCC activity, and PICC localization by venous ECG were performed in both groups. The physical achievements including ECG waveform stability, PICC tip localization location rate, PICC unplanned extubation rate were compared, untangible achievements including self-confidence, responsibility, positivity, team cohesiveness, coomunication and coordination, problem-sovling ability, harmony degrees and quality control technique were recorded. Results: Compared with the control group, ECG waveform stability and PICC tip localization location rate increased, PICC unplanned extubation rate lowered (P＜0.05). The experiment group was higher than the control group in the scores of self-confidence, responsibility, positivity, team cohesiveness, coomunication and coordination, problem-sovling ability, harmony degrees and quality control technique(P＜0.05). Conclusion: QCC activity could improve the physical effects of PICC tip localization by venous ECG and intangible effects.
