摘要:
目的：观察补肺活血益肾汤联合艾灸治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）的临床疗效。方法：将156例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组78例。2组均给予常规治疗，对照组同时给予氨茶碱缓释片口服，0.1 g/次，2次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补肺活血益肾汤和穴位艾灸。2组均连续治疗12天。观察2组临床疗效，肺功能及血液流变学指标。结果：总有效率观察组为96.15%，对照组为87.18%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。肺功能及血液流变学指标治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:补肺活血益肾汤联合艾灸治疗稳定期COPD患者临床疗效显著，能显著改善患者肺功能和血液流变学指标。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of lung-tonifying blood-activating kidney-nourishing decoction and moxa-moxibustion in the treatment for the patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: All 156 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 78 cases each group, both groups were given conventional therapy, the control group took aminophylline sustained-release tablets orally, 0.1g each time, twice each day. The observation group adopted lung-tonifying blood-activating kidney-nourishing decoction and acupoint moxa-moxibustion on the foundation of the therapy the control group received. Both groups were treated for 12 days consecutively, clinical effects of both groups, the indexes of hemorheology and pulmonary function were observed before and after treating between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%, higher than 87.18% of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the indexes of hemorheology and pulmonary function within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Lung-tonifying blood-activating kidney-nourishing decoction and moxa-moxibustion are effective in the treatment for the patients with stable COPD, and they could improve the indexes of hemorheology and pulmonary function.
