摘要:
目的：对近10年针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的现代临床文献进行规律性研究，总结针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的主穴配穴、针刺补泻、电针使用、电针波形的选择、疗程情况等。方法：运用计算机数据检索，系统整理(2006年1月1日至2016年12月31日)10年间现代临床以针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的相关文献并进行归纳总结。结果：针刺治疗主穴选取频次前8位依次为环跳、委中、阳陵泉、大肠俞、承山、秩边、昆仑、肾俞，针刺配穴选取频次前3位依次为承山、委中和昆仑。针刺补泻最常用平补平泻，电针治疗首选疏密波。临床上针刺治疗坐骨神经痛一般为1～2个疗程，1个疗程大多选择为10天，每个疗程间隔2～3天。结论：针刺治疗坐骨神经痛疗效肯定，值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective： To summarize the main acupoints and matching acupoints of acupuncture in treating sciatica, acupuncture reinforcing and reducing conditions, the conditions of using electroacupuncture, the selection of electroacupuncture waveform, the conditions of course and others by studying modern clinical literature of acupuncture in treating sciatica in the recent ten years regularly. Methods: The related data of acupuncture in treating sciatica in modern clinical literature in the recent ten years (January 1, 2006-December 31, 2016) were searched, arranged systematically and summarized by using computers. Results: The top eight main acupoints of acupuncture in treating sciatica were Huantiao (GB30), Weizhong (BL40), YangLingquan (GB34), Dachangshu (BL25), Chengshan (BL57), Zhibian (BL54), Kunlun (BL60), Shenshu (BL23), and the top three matching acupoints ranked: Chengshan (BL57), Weizhong (BL40) and Kunlun (BL60). The commonly-used acupuncture method was neutral reinforcing and reducing, dilatational wave was chosen initially in the therapy of electroacupuncture. In clinic, it needs one to two courses, and the duration of one course was ten days mostly, and the intervals between the courses were two to three days. Conclusion:Acupuncture could gain definite effects in the treatment for sciatica, which deserves clinical spread and application in clinic.
