摘要:
介绍了台湾地区现代医院管理的背景，并从医疗质量管理、不良事件追踪、医疗纠纷处置、医院等级评鉴、运行成本控制、绩效考核分配、信息系统研发、科研教学工作等方面分析了台湾地区现代医院管理的主要特点，概括总结出台湾地区现代医院管理呈现管理手段企业化、工作流程标准化、科室建设团队化、医疗服务人性化、医院运行集团化、发展趋势国际化的新态势。
Abstract:
The paper introduces the background of modern hospital management in the Taiwan region, and main characteristics of modern hospital management in the Taiwan region from the aspects of medical quality management, adverse event tracking, medical dispute disposal, hospital grade evaluation, operation cost control, performance appraisal allocation, information system research and development, scientific research and teaching work, concludes and reviews new tendency of modern hospital management in the Taiwan region presenting management means enterprization, workflow standardization, department team-building, medical service humanization, hospital operation collectivization and development trend internationlization.
