摘要:
目的：探讨中医心理低阻抗意念导入疗法(TIP)对轻、中度抑郁症患者的影响。方法：对轻、中度抑郁症患者10例予TIP疗法管理，在干预前及干预4、8、12周后通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及贝克抑郁量表(BDI)评估患者抑郁情况。结果：12周后患者HAMD、HAMA、BDI评分均下降，管理前后比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：TIP疗法能改善轻、中度抑郁症患者抑郁、焦虑症状，尤其在改善焦虑方面较为突出。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of low resistance thought induction psychotherapy(TIP) on the patients with depression at mild and moderate stage. Methods: Ten patients with depression at mild and moderate stages accepted TIP management, depression conditions of the patients were assessed using HAMD, HAMA and BDI before the intervention, in four, eight and 12 weeks after the intervention. Results: HAMD, HAMA and BDI scores of the patients lowered in 12 weeks, the significant difference existed before and after management (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TIP therapy could improve the symptoms of depression and anxiety of the patients, especially improve the anxiety.
