摘要:
目的：对失眠症处方用药规律进行分析，以期探明临床治疗失眠的组方配伍思路，提高临床疗效。方法：随机抽取2016年6月至2017年2月门诊、住院患者治疗失眠、不寐的中医处方，经筛选，共纳入处方152张。将152张处方录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件进行统计分析。结果：酸枣仁、首乌藤、茯神、当归、合欢皮为治疗失眠的核心药物，失眠药物以甘平、苦温为主，主入肝、心、脾、肾经。龙骨-牡蛎，合欢皮-首乌藤，五味子-酸枣仁，远志-酸枣仁，当归-酸枣仁，均是治疗失眠的常用药对，配伍关系较为密切。结论：从安神、清热、养阴、和营、益气、补血、活血、祛痰着手，以及从热、瘀、痰、气、血论治，为治疗失眠症开拓了新的组方思路。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the medication rules of the prescriptions for insomnia in the wish of exploring prescription compatibility thinking of treating insomnia and raising clinical effects. Methods: Herbal prescriptions for insomnia in the outpatients and inpatient were randomly chosen from June, 2016 to February, 2017, a total of 152 prescriptions were included after screening, and they were typed into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS v2.5) and analyzed statistically. Results: Suanzaoren (ziziphispinosaesemen), Shouwuteng (polygoni multiflori caulis), Fushen [Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf ], Danggui (angelicae sinensis radix) and Hehuanpi (alibiziae cortex) were the core drugs of treating insomnia, the drugs of treating insomnia were of sweet taste and neural nature, bitter taste and warm nature mainly, and they entered the meridians of liver, heart, spleen and kidney. Longgu [OsDraconis(FossiliaOssiaMastodi)]-Muli (ostreae concha), Hehuanpi-Shouwuteng, Wuweizi(schisandrae chinensis fructus)-Suanzaoren, Yuanzhi (polygalae radix)-Suanzaoren, Danggui-Suanzaoren were the commonly-used drug pairs of treating insomnia, the compatibility between them were closer. Conclusion: It could provide a new thinking for the prescriptions of treating insomnia by tranquilizing, clearing heat, nourishing Yin, harmonizing Yin, invigorating Qi, nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation and eliminating phlegm based on heat, stasis, phlegm, Qi and blood.
