摘要:
目的：探讨猴耳环消炎颗粒辅助治疗婴幼儿过敏性结肠炎的临床效果。方法：将80例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予对症支持处理，观察组在此基础上使用猴耳环消炎颗粒，3～6 g/次，3次/d。连续治疗7天为1疗程，共治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗后进食流质、半流质以及普通饮食时间，大便成形时间及规律大便时间，住院时间，1月后随访生活质量评分。结果：治疗后进食流质、半流质以及普通饮食时间观察组均显著早于对照组(P＜0.05)，大便成形时间、规律大便时间观察组显著早于对照组(P＜0.05)，干预后生活质量观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)，住院时间观察组显著短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：针对小儿过敏性结肠炎使用猴耳环消炎颗粒，能更好的缓解患儿临床症状，促进肠道内环境修复，改善大便形态，提高生活质量，缩短住院时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss curative effects of HouErHuan XiaoYan granules as adjunctive therapy (AT) in treating infantile allergic colitis (AC). Methods: Eighty children were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, 40 cases each group. The control group accepted symptomatic supporting therapy, and the observation group took HouErHuan XiaoYan granules based on the former therapy, 3~6 g each time, three times each day. Seven days were one course, both groups were treated for two courses. The scores of quality life in one-month follow-ups, hospitalization time, the time of regular bowel movement, the time of stool formation, the time of eating liquid diet, semi-liquid diet and common food were compared between both groups after treating. Results: The observation group was earlier than the control group in the time of eating liquid diet, semi-liquid diet and common food after treating remarkably (P＜0.05), the time of stool formation and the time of regular bowel movement (P＜0.05), after the intervention, the observation group was superior to the control group in life quality after the intervention (P＜0.05), the observation group was shorter than the control group in hospitalization time notably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: HouErHuan XiaoYan granules as AT in treating infantile AC could relieve clinical symptoms of the children, promote intestinal environment recovery, improve the shape of the stool, raise life quality and shorten hospitalization time.
