摘要:
目的：研究三苯氧胺联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎破溃期患者的临床疗效。方法：将134例患者随机分为2组，每组67例，观察组采用三苯氧胺，10 mg/次，口服，2次/d，联合散结镇痛胶囊，1.2 g/次，口服，3次/d进行治疗；对照组采用泼尼松进行治疗。比较2组溃破口疼痛评分、愈合时间、渗液量及补体等。结果：乳房疼痛评分治疗后观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；乳房破口愈合时间观察组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；破口渗液量治疗前2组组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，各时间间点组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，相同时间点组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3(C3)和补体C4(C4)治疗后观察组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：三苯氧胺结合散结镇痛胶囊能有效缩短浆细胞性乳腺炎的治疗时间，提高患者机体免疫能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of tamoxifen and mass-resolving pain-relieving capsules in the treatment for the patients suffering plasma cell mastitis at ulceration stage. Methods: All 134 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 67 cases each group, the observation group adopted tamoxifen 10 mg each time,oral administration, twice each day and mass-resolving pain-relieving capsules 1.2 g each time, oral administration, three times each day, and the control group prednison. To compare pain scores of ulcer, healing time, exudate amounts and complement between both groups. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the pain scores of breast after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the observation group was shorter than the control group notably in the healing time of breast ulcer, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in exudate amounts between both groups before treating (P＞0.05), the difference was statistically significant between both groups after treating at different time points (P＜0.05), the difference showed statistical meaning at the same time between both groups (P＜0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, C3 and C4 after treating, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Tamoxifen and mass-resolving pain-relieving capsules could effectively shorten therapeutic time in the treatment for the patients suffering plasma cell mastitis, and raise body immunity of the patients.
