摘要:
目的：观察药灸百会穴区和针刺治疗对顽固性面瘫患者的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者分为2组，每组60例，观察组给予百会穴区药灸治疗，对照组给予针刺治疗，2组均以治疗15天为1疗程，疗程间休息3天，治疗2个疗程后参照House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评价分级标准评价治疗前后分级情况。结果：观察组治愈率75.0%，总有效率96.7%；对照组治愈率70.0%，总有效率95.0%。2组临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。H-B分级2组治疗后均明显好转，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：百会穴区药灸治疗顽固性面瘫疗效显著，操作简便。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of herbal moxibustion and needling around the region of Baihui (DU20) in the treatment for refractory facial paralysis. Methods: All 120 patients were assigned to two groups, 60 cases each group, the observation group adopted moxibustion around the region of Baihui, and the control group used needling, 15 days were one course, the interval was three days, to assess the classification according to House-Brackmann (H-B) evaluation and grading criteria of facial nerve function after treating for two courses. Results: Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 75.0% and 96.7%, while these of the control group were 70.0% and 95.0%, the difference showed no statistical meaning in the comparisons of clinical effects between both groups (P＞0.05). H-B grades of both groups improved after treating, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal moxibustion around the region of Baihui is effective, easy to operate.
