摘要:
张立平教授认为以健脾疏肝降逆法治疗反流性食管炎，健脾法可增强括约肌固摄作用，促进胃肠道动力，增强食管廓清功能，加快胃排空，降低胃肠腔压力，减少胃肠内容物反流；疏肝法可调畅气机升降，以降上逆之浊气，此法可不减少或抑制胃酸等消化液的分泌，但减少反流，从根本上抑制胃酸反流，治病求本，从而改善反流性食管炎患者临床症状，降低复发率，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Professor Zhang Liping thought that The method of invigorating-spleen soothing-liver and lowering-inverse in the treatment for reflux esophagitis could improve clinical symptoms, reduce the relapse rate and raise quality of life, because invigorating spleen could enhance sphincter fixation, promote gastrointestinal motility, increase esophageal clearance, speed up gastric emptying, reduce gastrointestinal pressure and improve the reflux of gastrointestinal contents; soothing liver could regulate Qi movement in order to lowering the inverse turbid Qi, the method could not reduce or inhibit the secretion of digestive juice such as gastric acid, while relieve the regurgitation, basically to inhibit the regurgitation of gastric juice, and to search for the primary cause of disease in treatment.
