摘要:
目的：观察依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法：将97例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组49例、对照组48例，对照组给予依达拉奉治疗，观察组给予依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗，2组均连续治疗14天。观察治疗前后2组总有效率，血清内皮素(ET)与一氧化氮(NO)水平及血肿体积变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为98.0%，对照组为79.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。ET与NO水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。血肿体积治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗脑出血能改善患者的神经功能缺损预后，调节ET与NO的表达，缩小脑血肿体积。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of edaravone combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment for encephalorrhagia. Methods: All 97 patients were assigned to the observation group (49 cases) and the control group (48 cases) according to the visiting order, the control group were treated by edaravone, the observation group accepted edaravone and Xingnaojing, both groups were treated for 14 days consecutively. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%, higher than 79.2% of the control group, and the difference could be found (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the levels of ET and No within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); there was a significant difference between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the size of hematoma within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone combined with Xingnaojing in treating encephalorrhagia could improve the prognosis of neurologic impairment, regulate the expressions of ET and NO, reduce the size of cephalophyma of the patients.
