摘要:
目的:观察椎间孔镜联合针灸治疗青少年椎间盘突出(LDH)的临床疗效。方法：按就诊先后顺序将60例青少年LDH患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。2组均采用椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术(PTED)治疗，观察组于术后给予针刺治疗。观察2组术后住院时间及临床疗效。结果：住院时间观察组为(5.86±1.22)天，对照组为(8.21±2.05)天，观察组明显少于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治愈率观察组为60.0%，对照组为40.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：PTED联合针刺疗法治疗青少年LDH，可缩短住院时间，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy (PTED) joined with needling in the treatment for adolescent lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: Sixty cases of adolescent LDH were randomly separated in to the observation group and the control group in light of visiting order, 30 cases each group. Both groups were treated with PTED, the observation group accepted needling after the operation. To observe hospitalization time and clinical effects between both groups after operation. Results: Hospitalization time of the observation group was (5.86±1.22) days, less than (8.21±2.05) days of the control groups, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Cure rate of the observation group was 60.0%, higher than 40.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: PTED joined with needling in the treatment for adolescent LDH could shorten hospitalization time and raise clinical effects.
