摘要:
目的：探讨移动式护士工作站在妇产科优质护理服务中的临床应用价值。方法：选择妇产科住院患者200例为观察对象，按照入组时间分为2组，其中2016年1月至2016年6月入组病例100例为对照组，2016年7月至2017年1月入组病例100例为观察组。对照组实施常规护理，主要以手写护理记录及双人核对医嘱信息等传统方式为主，观察组在移动式护士工作站下进行。观察2组语言沟通时间及护理操作时间，统计2组日均往返护士站次数及按铃次数，统计医嘱核对错误、配药遗漏及发药错误等护理缺陷的发生情况。结果：观察组患者语言沟通时间少于对照组(P＜0.05)，护理操作时间多于对照组(P＜0.05)。日均往返护士站次数及按铃次数观察组显著少于对照组(P＜0.05)。护理缺陷发生率观察组为3.0%，对照组为21.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：将移动式护士工作站应用于妇产科优质护理服务，能显著提高护理工作效率，减少护理工作量及护理差错事件发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss clinical value of ambulatory nurse workstation applied to high quality nursing service in Gynecology and Obstetrics. Methods: All 200 inpatients were chosen as the objects of observation, and divided into two groups, 100 patients from January, 2016 to June, 2016 were chosen as the control group, another 100 patients from July, 2016 to January, 2017 as the observation group, the control group implemented traditional conventional nursing, including written nursing records, two nurses checking the doctor′s advice together and others, The observation group performed the work under ambulatory nurse workstation. To observe verbal communication time and nursing operation time between both groups, and count nursing defects such as daily times of returning to nurse workstation, ringing times, the mistakes checked in the doctor′s advice, dispensation omission, dispensation mistakes and other. Results: Verbal communication time of the observation group was less than that of the controlgroup (P＜0.05), nursing operation time of the observation group was more than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group was less than that of the control group in daily times of returning to nurse workstation and ringing times (P＜0.05). Nursing defect incidence of the observation group was 3.0%, lower than 21.0% of the control group, and the difference could be found (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ambulatory nurse workstation applied to high quality nursing service in Gynecology and Obstetrics could notably raise nursing work efficiency, reduce nursing workload and nursing error incidence.
