摘要:
 从疫情时期骨伤科疾病的形势与解决方法、分类诊疗的必要性和重要性、非手术治疗及手术治疗4方面入手探讨在疫情关键阶段，如何做到既能满足骨伤科患者的诊疗需求，又能保质保量做好疫情防控工作，尽最大努力避免医护人员和患者的感染，骨伤科医生应在依照指南和诊疗常规，做好骨伤科疾病的分类诊疗及自身防护措施的同时，科学、合理、有效地处理骨伤科疾病。
Abstract:
The author illustrates how to meet the diagnosis and treatment needs of orthopedic patients, meanwhile, do a good job in epidemic prevention and treatment when the epidemic situation is entering the critical stage, try our best to avoid the infection and transmission of medical staffs and the patients from four aspects: the situation of orthpedic diseases and the solution, the significance and necessities of the diagnosis and treatment classification of orthopedic diseases, non-operative treatment and surigcal therapy of orthopedic diseases during the epidemic spread period, orthopedic doctors should treat orthopedic disease scientifically, reasonably and effectively, simultaneously, they should perform the diagnosis and treatment classification of the disease and self - protection measures in light of the guideline and diagnostic and therapuetic routine.
