摘要:
目的：观察针刺联合推拿手法治疗对中风后肌张力增高的临床疗效。方法：将60例中风后肌张力增高患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，观察组应用针刺联合推拿治疗，对照组使用单纯针刺治疗，两组均以治疗15天为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程。观察患者肌张力评分、视觉疼痛量表评分（visual analog scale，VAS）、神经功能缺损程度积分(national institutes of health stroke scale，NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力积分(Barthel index，BI)等指数。结果：上下肢肌张力分级情况对照组治疗2个月及3个月时与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗15天时、2个月时及3个月时与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗2个月时、3个月时两组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。上下肢VAS、BI、NIHSS等指标治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；两组治疗2个月时与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后相同时间点两组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺联合推拿手法治疗中风后肌张力增高，可有效降低肌张力，减轻患者疼痛症状，改善神经功能，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of increased muscle tone after stroke. Methods: Sixty patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order, 30 cases each group, the observation group were treated by acupuncture and massage, and the control group used single acupuncture only, 15 days were one course, both groups were treated for four courses. To observe muscle tone score, VAS scores, NIHSS, BI and others. Results: The difference was statistically significant when muscle tone classification conditions of upper and lower limbs of the control group two months and three months after treating were compared with these before treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning when the observation group 15 days, two months and three months after treating were compared with that before treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning betwene both groups two and three months after treating (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in VAS, BZ, NIHSS and others of upper and lower limbs between both groups before treating (P＞0.05); the difference had statistical meaning when both groups two months after treating were compared with these before treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating at the same time points (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and massage could effectively reduce muscle tone, relieve pain, improve neurololical function and lift their quality of life..
