摘要:
通过典型案例探讨全国名老中医金实教授运用黄连导赤散合并玉女煎治疗舌痹的经验，金实教授认为舌痹病机为心经热盛、瘀血内阻、脉络不通，大多内热阴伤；黄连导赤散合并玉女煎组方有清心泻火，滋阴生津的作用。
Abstract:
By typical cases, national famous veteran doctor professor Jin Shi′s experience in treating tongue impediment with Huanglian Daochi San and Yunv Jian was illustrated, professor Jin thought that the pathogenesis was heat accumalated in heart meridian, internal blocking of blood stasis, unsmooth vessel and collaterals, mostly internal heat and Yin insufficiency; Huanglian Daochi San and Yunv Jian could clear away heart fire, nourish Yin and produce body fluid.
