摘要:
目的：观察中医综合疗法结合曲美他嗪治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法：将心绞痛患者80例采用随机数字表法分为曲美他嗪治疗的对照组及中医综合疗法结合曲美他嗪治疗的观察组各40例，治疗2月后比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组症状积分(胸痛、胸闷、自汗、神疲乏力)均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组Barthel指数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：中医综合疗法结合曲美他嗪可有效缓解心绞痛患者的不适症状，提高患者生活自理能力且具备较高的安全性。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy and trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris (AP). Methods: Eighty patients were separated into the control group, treated by trimetazidine, and the observation group, by TCM comprehensive therapy and trimetazidine, using random number table method, 40 cases each group, to compare clinical efficacy between both groups two months after treating. Results: After treating, the observation group was lower than the control group in syndrome scores (chest pain, chest tightness, spontaneous sweating, lassitude), and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); Barthel index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the difference showed no statistical meaning in the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: TCM comprehensive therapy and trimetazidine could effectively alleviate the discomforts of AP patients, and improve self-care ability with higher safety.
