摘要:
目的：观察耳穴压豆配合麻醉护理对妇科手术患者胃肠道反应和心理状况的影响。方法：将110名妇科手术患者分为对照组和观察组，每组55例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理基础上，给予耳穴压豆及并发症护理，比较术后患者胃肠道反应情况(恶心呕吐、腹胀)、并发症情况、护理满意度以及术后焦虑情况。结果：术后恶心呕吐发生情况观察组轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组发生腹胀7例(12.73%)，腹胀评分(1.33±0.45)分；对照组发生腹胀16例(29.09%)，腹胀评分(2.37±0.43)分。腹胀发生率及腹胀评分两组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。干预后状态&特质焦虑量表（state-trait anxiety inventory，STAI）评分观察组为(32.11±0.75)分，对照组为(37.84±0.92)分，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。并发症发生率、护理满意率观察组分别为10.90%(6/55)、92.73%(51/55)，对照组分别为25.45%(14/55)、78.18%(43/55)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：耳穴压豆配合麻醉护理可有效改善妇科术后患者胃肠道反应，降低并发症发病率，减轻患者手术前后焦虑情况，提升护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of auricular plaster therapy and anesthesia nursing on gastrointestinal reaction and psychological state of the patients who underwent gynecological surgery. Methods: All 110 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 55 cases each group. The control group accepted conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted auricular plaster therapy and complications nursing, to compare the conditions of gastrointestinal reactions (nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension), the complications, nursing satisfaction degrees and postoperative anxiety of the patients after the surgery. Results: The observation group was lighter than the control group in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). In the observation group, seven cases suffering abdominal distension (12.73%), the scores of abdominal distension (1.33±0.45) points; in the control group, 16 cases with abdominal distension (29.09%), the scores of abdominal distension (2.37±0.43) points. The difference was statistically significant in the incidence of abdominal distension and the scores (P＜0.05). After the intervention, STAI scores of the observation group were (32.11±0.75) points, lower than (37.84±0.92) points of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Complication incidence and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were 10.90% (6/55) and 92.73% (51/55) respectively, while these of the control group were 25.45% (14/55) and 78.18% (43/55), and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Auricular plaster therapy and anesthesia nursing could effectively improve gastrointestinal reaction of the patients after gynecological surgery, decrease complication incidence, alleviate anxiety before and after the surgery and lift nursing satisfaction degree.
