摘要:
目的：观察清肺抗炎汤联合丙种球蛋白治疗支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法：将支原体肺炎患者96例按入院顺序随机分为观察组50例和对照组46例。对照组给予基于丙球蛋白的常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予清肺抗炎汤治疗，观察两组临床疗效、CD4+与CD8+水平及不良反应发生率。结果：总有效率观察组为98.0%(49/50)，高于对照组的84.8%(39/46)(P＜0.05)。观察组患者呼吸困难、咳嗽、发热等症状消失时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后两组患者CD4+高于治疗前，观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；CD8+低于治疗前(P＜0.05)，观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为19.6%(9/46)，与对照组的16.0%(8/50)比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：清肺抗炎汤联合丙种球蛋白能缓解支原体肺炎患者临床症状，改善机体免疫功能，且安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Qingfei Kangyan Tang combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: All 96 patients were randomized into 50 cases of the observation group and 46 cases of the control group in light of admission order. The control group accepted conventional therapy of gamma globulin, the observation group took Qingfei Kangyan Tang orally based on gamma globulin, to observe clinical effects of both groups , the levels of CD4+ and CD8+, and the ineidence of adverse reaction. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0% (49/50), higher than 84.8% (39/46) of the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in the disappearing time of the symptoms including dyspnea, cough, fever and others(P＜0.05). After treating, CD4+ of both groups was higher than that before treating in both groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05); CD8+ lower than that before treating(P＜0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 19.6% (9/46), and the incidence of the control group was 16.0% (8/50), the difference had no statistical meaning(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Qingfei Kangyan Tang combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia could alleviate clinical symptoms of the patients and improve immunologic function with good safety.
