摘要:
目的：观察特定电磁波灸疗贴联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为两组，每组60例。两组均行特定电磁波灸疗贴治疗，观察组同时给予康复训练治疗，观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale，VAS)、Oswestry残疾指数(the Oswestry disability index，ODI)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗(Japanese orthopaedic association scores，JOA)评分的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为93.3%(56/60)，对照组为78.3%(47/60)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。VAS评分两组治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后相同时间点两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。腰椎活动度及ODI、JOA评分治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：特定电磁波灸疗联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症有助于提高患者临床疗效，减轻临床症状，改善腰椎功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of specific electromagnetic wave moxibustion paste and rehabilitation training in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into two groups, 60 cases each group. Both groups were treated by specific electromagnetic wave moxibustion paste, the observation group accepted rehabilitation training, to observe clinical effects, VAS scores, ODI and JOA scores before and after treating between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3% (56/60), higher than 78.3% (47/60) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in VAS scores before treating between both groups (P＞0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in VAS scores after treating beween both groups at the same time (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in range of motion of lumbar spine, ODI and JOA score between both groups before treating (P＞0.05); the difference had statistical meaning within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Specific electromagnetic wave moxibustion paste and rehabilitation training in the treatment of LDH could help raise clinical effects, relieve clinical symptoms and improve lumbar function.
