摘要:
阅读近年与慢性肝病相关胃黏膜病变关系的相关文献，发现慢性肝病湿热蕴结型患者胃黏膜多充血水肿且伴有糜烂；气滞血瘀型多以重症炎症为主，胃黏膜红白相间，充血糜烂；肝郁脾虚型胃黏膜红白相间，充血水肿明显；肝肾阴虚型胃黏膜干燥而色红，充血；脾肾阳虚型胃黏膜以苍白而湿润，充血水肿为主，糜烂次之，临床治疗慢性肝病相关胃黏膜病变可以此为参考。
Abstract:
By reading the related papers on the correlation between gastric mucosal lesions and chronic liver disease (CLD) in the recent years, CLD patients of damp heat accumulation pattern often manifested hyperemia, edema and erosion in gastric mucosa; the ones of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern suffered severe inflammation mostly, red and white, hyperemia and erosion in gastric mucosa; the ones of liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern showed red and white, hyperemia and erosion in gastric mucosa notably; the ones of liver-kidney Yin deficiency pattern presented dry and red in gastric mucosa with hyperemia; the patients of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency pattern pale and moist gastric mucosa, with hyperemia and edema primarily, erosion next, clinical therapy for gastric mucosal lesions in CLD could take the differentiation as the reference.
