通过“关”与“格”字源及《黄帝内经太素》前后医家相关原文及语言结构分析解释“关格”含义，以期扩充语义，分析其语义变迁轨迹及原因，指出《黄帝内经太素》中出现九处“关格”，其中四处为杨氏注解，其中“不顺四时之养身，内有关格之病也。”“见关格微病，得过失也。见微过而救人者，谓未病之病，疗十十全，故无危殆。”两处与现行之“关格”含义差别较大；杨氏之“关格”含义可为：1）内部气机“不和”之病，2）脉象，人迎与寸口俱盛四倍已上为关格。

The meaning of "Guan" and "Ge" is explained by analyzing the original texts and language structures of doctors in Taisu, in order to expand the semantics and analyze the track and reason of semantic change, the word "Guange" appeared nine times in Huangdi Neijing Taisu, among which, four of them are Yang’s annotations, and there are two of the word quite different from the current meaning of “Guange”; the meaning of Yang’s “Guange” are 1) the disease of internal Qi movement “disharmony”, 2) pulse: Renying (ST9) and Cunkou are four times more prosperous, and the pulse manifestation is Guange.
