摘要:
目的观察益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴治疗支气管哮喘（bronchial asthma，BA）的临床效果。 方法将BA患者90例应用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各45例。观察组应用益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴治疗，对照组予常规西药治疗，治疗3个月后比较两组临床疗效，治疗前后中医症状积分、哮喘控制测试问卷（asthma control test，ACT）评分、6 min步行距离（six minutes walk distance，6MWD）、第1秒用力呼气容积（forced expiratory volume in one second，FEV1）、FEV1与第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比（FEV1/FVC）、呼气峰值流量占预计值百分比（percentage of peak expiratory flowrate in the predicted value，PEF%pred）、PEF昼夜变异率变化及不良反应发生情况。 结果总有效率观察组为97.8%（44/45），高于对照组的82.2%（37/45）（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组气短声低、腰酸肢软、畏寒肢冷、纳少便溏、倦怠乏力积分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后ACT评分、6MWD值均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），观察组升高更显著（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC及PEF%pred值均较治疗前上升（P＜0.05），PEF日间变异率均下降（P＜0.05），观察组改善更显著（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为4.44%（2/45），对照组为6.67%（3/45），两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴能缓解BA气虚阳虚患者相关症状，控制哮喘病情，提高运动耐力，改善肺功能，疗效确切，且安全性好。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Yiqi Guben decoction and Shu-mu matching acupoint application in the treatment of bronchial asthma (BA). MethodsAll 90 BA patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group using random number table method, 45 cases each group. The observation group were treated by Yiqi Guben decoction and Shu-mu matching acupoint application, and the control group accepted conventional Western medicine, to compare clinical effects between both groups after three months of treatment, TCM symptom scales, ACT scores, 6MWD before and after treating, the changes of pulmonary function parameters (FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF%pred and diurnal variability of PEF, and the incidence of adverse reaction. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 97.8% (44/45), higher than 82.2% (37/45) of the control group (P<0.05). After treating, the observation group was lower than the control group in the scores of shortness of breath and low voice, soreness of waist and weak limbs, aversion to cold and cold limbs, poor appetite and loose stools, fatigue (P<0.05). After treating, ACT scores and 6MWD values of both groups increased compared with before treating (P<0.05), the rise of the observation group was more notable (P<0.05). FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEF%pred of both groups rose after treating than before treating (P<0.05), PEF diurnal variability lowered (P<0.05), the improvements of the observation group was more remarkable (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 4.44% (2/45), lower than 6.67% (3/45) of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). ConclusionYiqi Guben decoction and Shu-mu matching acupoint application could relieve the related symptoms of BA patients of Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency pattern, control asthma, raise exercise tolerance, improve pulmonary function, with definite effects and good safety.
