摘要:
目的观察当归四逆汤治疗阴寒凝滞型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。 方法随机法抽选264例阴寒凝滞型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者，按治疗方法的不同，对患者进行数字编号后分组，编号1～132号为对照组，以常规模式治疗，编号133～264号为研究组，在常规治疗模式基础上加用当归四逆汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛发作次数及每次发作持续时间，评估心功能水平。 结果治疗后两组患者心绞痛发作次数均较治疗前减少，发作持续时间较治疗前缩短、心功能水平较治疗前改善，研究组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。 结论在常规治疗模式基础上加用当归四逆汤能改善阴寒凝滞型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者心功能，减少心绞痛发作次数，效果优于常规治疗模式。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Danggui Sini decoction in treating UAP of CHD of Yin cold stagnation pattern. MethodsAll 264 patients were selected using random method, and grouped after numbering them, the patients with the number from 1 to 132 were chosen as the control group and treated by conventional mode, and the ones from 133 to 264 as the study group and they took Danggui Sini decoction based on conventional mode. To observe the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack in both groups before and after treating, to assess the levels of cardiac function. ResultsAfter treating, the times of angina pectoris attack reduced compared with before treating in both groups, the duration shortened compared with before treating, the levels of cardiac function were improved than these before treating, and the improvements of the study group were more notable (P<0.05). ConclusionOn the foundation of conventional therapy, Danggui Sini decoction could improve cardiac function of the patients with UAP of CHD, reduce the times of angina pectoris attack, and its effects are superior to these of conventional therapy.
