摘要:
目的观察参蝎止痛胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy，DPN）的疗效。 方法采用随机对照试验的设计方法，将104例患者分为观察组（53例）和对照组（51例）。观察组给予参蝎止痛胶囊治疗，对照组给予硫辛酸片治疗。观察两组多伦多神经病变评分（toronto clinical scoring system，TCSS）、视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）、神经传导速度（nerve conduction velocity，NCV）及糖脂代谢相关指标［空腹血浆葡萄糖（fasting plasma glucose，FPG）、餐后2 h血浆葡萄糖（2-hour postprandial blood glucose，2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（hemoglobina1c，HbA1c）、总胆固醇（total cholesterol，TC）、甘油三酯（triglyceride，TG）、高密度脂蛋白（high density lipoprotein，HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（low density lipoprotein，LDL）］。 结果两组TCSS评分治疗后较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且观察组较对照组降低更明显（P＜0.05）；两组NCV比较，仅观察组左正中SCV较对照组明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后两组VAS均降低，且观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）；两组干预后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、HDL、LDL值比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论参蝎止痛胶囊与硫辛酸片治疗DPN的总体疗效相当，但参蝎止痛胶囊在改善疼痛症状方面优于硫氨酸，且两者对糖脂指标的调节作用相当。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Shenxie pain-relieving capsules in treating DPN. MethodsUsing the design method of randomized controlled trial, 104 patients were allocated to the observation group (53 cases ) and the control group (51 cases). The observation group was treated with Shenxie pain-relieving capsules, and the control group with lipoic acid tablets. To observe TCSS, VAS, NCV, the related indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism (FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, TC, TG, HDL and LDL) between both groups. ResultsTCSS scores of both groups after treating lowered than these before treating (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observa-tion group was more notable than that of the control group (P<0.05); left central SCV of the observation group increased more notably than that of the control group in the comparison of NCV between both groups,and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05);VAS of both groups reduced, and the decrease of the observation group was more notable (P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, HDL and LDL between both groups after the intervention (P>0.05). ConclusionThe overall effects of Shenxie pain-relieving capsules and lipoic acid tablets are equivalent in treating DPN, while Shenxie pain-relieving capsules are better than lipoic acid tablets in improving pain, and both of them have the same regulating effect on glycolipid index.
