摘要:
目的研究针灸联合加巴喷丁对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者血清P物质（substance P，SP）和神经肽Y（neuropeptide Y，NPY）水平的影响。 方法选择带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组服用加巴喷丁，观察组采用针灸联合加巴喷丁治疗。比较两组临床有效率、睡眠质量（sleep quality，QS）、视觉模拟疼痛评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）、血清SP和NPY水平。 结果观察组总有效率［95.00%（38/40）］优于对照组［75.00%（30/40）］（P＜0.05）；治疗第3、6周时两组QS评分均较治疗前明显升高（P＜0.05），VAS评分明显降低（P＜0.05），观察组QS及VAS评分改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组血清SP和NPY水平均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），且观察组较对照组降低更显著（P＜0.05）。 结论针灸联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效较佳，能减轻患者的神经疼痛，提高睡眠质量，降低外周血清SP和NPY水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effects of acupuncture and gabapentine capsules on the levels of SP and NPY in patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). MethodsEighty PHN patients were selected and randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group took gabapentine capsules, and the observation group was treated by acupuncture and gabapentine capsules. To compare clinical effective rate, QS, VAS, the levels of SP and NPY between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observa-tion group was 95.00% (38/40),superior to 75.00% of the control group (30/40) (P<0.05);QS scores of both groups rose notably at the third week and sixth week after treating compared with these before treating (P<0.05), VAS scores lowered notably(P<0.05), the improvements of QS and VAS scores of the observation group were superior to these of the control group (P<0.05); the levels of SP and NPY of both groups decreased notably after treating compared with these before treating(P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was more notable than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupuncture and gabapentine capsules could obtain best clinical effects for PHN patients, it could relieve nerve pain, raise sleep quality and reduce the levels of SP and NPY in peripheral blood.
