摘要:
燕树勋教授提出“辨证调治，调治并重”治疗痤疮的学术思想，坚持“脏腑辨证-因人制宜-健康教育”的诊疗模式；临床运用面部分候法及经络循行部位，佐以四诊信息进行脏腑辨证，并将痤疮分为肺经风热、脾胃湿热、肝经郁热、痰瘀互结4个证型；根据年龄、性别、疾病阶段不同，在脏腑辨证的基础上“因人制宜”；在药物治疗的基础上加强健康教育，强调规律均衡膳食、适度体育运动、合理生活方式以及必要的心理疏导。
Abstract:
Professor Yan Shuxun put forward the academic thought of “syndrome differentiation and treatment, paying equal attention to regulation and treatment” in the treatment of acne, and adhered to the diagnosis and treatment mode of “syndrome differentiation of viscera -adjusting measures to individual conditions-health education”; he performed syndrome differentiation of viscera using facial sectioning and syndrome differentiation, meridian circulation and four diagnostic information in clinic, and divided acne into four patterns: wind heat in lung meridian, dampness-heat in spleen and stomach, stagnation of heat in liver meridian, phlegm and stasis binding together; he adjusted measures to individual conditions in light of age, gender and different stages of the disease based on syndrome differentiation of viscera; he enhanced health education, regular and balanced diet, moderate exercise, rational lifestyle and necessary psychological counseling on the foundation of medical treatment.
