摘要:
目的观察西医常规联合平衡火罐治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期（acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，AECOPD）的临床疗效。 方法将84例AECOPD患者随机分为两组各42例，对照组采用常规西医治疗，试验组在对照组基础上用平衡火罐治疗，治疗7天后比较两组患者排痰量、血氧饱和度(blood oxygen saturation，SPO2)、肺部湿罗音变化情况及临床疗效。 结果治疗后两组患者排痰量、SPO2以及肺部湿罗音较治疗前改善（P＜0.05），且试验组改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）；总有效率试验组为85.71%，高于对照组的78.57%（P＜0.05）。 结论西医常规联合平衡火罐在排痰、改善动脉血气指标及临床症状方面优于西医常规治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey clinical effects of balance cupping and conventional Western medicine in treating AECOPD. MethodsAll 84 patients were randomized into two groups, 42 cases in each group, the control group adopted conventional Western medicine, and the experiment group was treated by balance cupping based on conventional Western medicine, to compare sputum output, SPO2, lung wet rale and clinical effects of TCM syndrome between both groups after seven days of treatment. ResultsAfter treating, sputum output, SPO2, lung wet rale of both groups improved compared with these before treating (P<0.05), and the improvements of the experiment group were superior to these of the control group (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the experiment group was 85.71%, higher than 78.57% of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionBalance cupping and conventional Western medicine are superior to only conventional Western medicine in expectoration, improving arterial blood gas index and clinical symptoms.
