摘要:
目的探究奥塔戈运动（otago exercise programme，OEP）干预结合音乐疗法在老年脑卒中患者临床护理中的应用效果。 方法选择老年脑卒中患者120例，按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用常规干预，观察组采用OEP干预结合音乐疗法，共干预16周。比较两组干预前后跌倒效能（modified falls efficacy scale，MFES）、平衡能力（berg balance scale，BBS）、步行能力（time up and go test，TUGT）、肢体运动能力（Fugl-Meyer assessment，FMA）、日常生活能力（Barthel评分）、生活质量（quality of life 30，QOL-30评分）、焦虑（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁（self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分，并比较干预后两组护理满意度评分。 结果干预后，两组MFES评分、BBS评分、Barthel评分、QOL-30评分、FMA评分及护理满意度各维度评分均高于干预前，且观察组均高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组TUGT时间、SAS评分及SDS评分均低于干预前，且观察组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论采用OEP干预结合音乐疗法能够有效提高老年脑卒中患者躯体运动功能，避免跌倒，改善其不良情绪，提高其日常生活能力、生活质量及护理满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application effects of OEP intervention and music therapy in clinical care for elderly patients with stroke. MethodsA total of 120 patients were selected, separated into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional intervention, and the observation group applied OEP intervention and music therapy, all intervention for 16 weeks. To compare MFES, BBS, TUGT, FMA, Barthel index, QOL-30 scores, SAS and SDS before and after the intervention between both groups, and to compare nursing satisfaction scores between both groups after the intervention. ResultsAfter the intervention, MEFS scores, BBS scores, Barthel indexes, QOL-30 scores, FMA scores and dimensional scores of nursing satisfaction in both groups were higher than these before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). TUGT time, SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than these before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionOEP intervention and music therapy could effectively raise physical motor function of elderly patients with stroke, so as to avoid falling, improve their bad moods, lift the patients’ activity of daily living, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
