摘要:
从手法治疗的机理、手法分类治疗2方面入手综述手法治疗肩关节周围炎的机理与研究现状，指出目前临床治疗该病多以保守治疗为主，手法治疗占主要地位，可通过各类手法松解病变软组织，分离软组织粘连，纠正关节错位，恢复肌肉、关节的正常功能。
Abstract:
The mechanism and research status of scapulohumeral periarthritis are summarized from the mechanism of manipulation therapy and classified manipulation, it is pointed out that most of the therapies are conservative treatment, manipulation occupies the main position, which could release soft tissue, separate soft tissue adhesions, correct joint dislocation and restore normal function of muscle and joint.
