摘要:
从人性化管理的内涵入手,探讨人性化管理模式在临床护理工作中的实际应用情况,认为高年资护理人员具有一定的自身优势,但也存在劣势。在实际工作中,护理管理者使用人性化管理模式,可通过给予高年资护士充分的尊重和关怀等方式,进一步激发其工作积极性与主观能动性,从而提升整个护理团队的护理质量与团队凝聚力。
Abstract:
Practical use of humanized management model in clinical nursing is explored by starting with the connotation of humanized management, senior nursing staffs certain have their own advantages, while they have some disadvantages, in practical work, nursing administrators adopt humanized management model, to further stimulate their work enthusiasm and subjective initiative by giving senior nurses full respect and care, thereby to improve nursing quality and team cohesion of the whole nursing group.
