摘要:
目的分析赵氏雷火灸热敏穴疗法对混合痔术后患者疼痛及不良情绪的影响。 方法将60例混合痔术后患者根据随机信封法分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组予传统艾灸疗法，试验组予雷火灸热敏穴疗法。观察两组患者疼痛、肛缘水肿情况及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）评分。 结果试验组疼痛缓解有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后4天试验组患者疼痛、肛缘水肿、HAMA评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。试验组患者手术当日、术后2、4天疼痛缓解起效时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论赵氏雷火灸热敏穴疗法有利于缓解混合痔术后患者疼痛及肛缘水肿情况，继而有效改善其不良情绪。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the influence of Zhao's thunder fire moxibustion and heat-sensitive acupoint therapy on pain and negative emotion in patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. MethodsSixty patients were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to random envelope method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional moxibustion therapy, and the experiment group thunder fire moxibustion and heat-sensitive acupoint therapy. To observe pain, the swelling conditions of anal edge and HAMA scores between both groups. ResultsThe experiment group was higher than the control group in the effective rate of pain relief (P<0.05); the scores of pain, anal edge swelling and HAMA of the experiment group were lower than these of the control group four days after the surgery (P<0.05). The experiment group was shorter than the control group in the onset time of pain relief at the surgical day, two and four days after the operation (P<0.05). ConclusionZhao's thunder fire moxibustion and heat-sensitive acupoint therapy could help relieve pain, the swelling of anal edge in patients, then effectively improve the patients' negative emotion.
