摘要:
目的观察湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎疼痛患者基于子午流注理论应用三黄散护理的临床效果。 方法将80例湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎疼痛患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各40例，对照组患者接受综合治疗及常规护理干预，试验组在对照组基础上增加基于子午流注理论的三黄散外敷，对比两组患者治疗后疼痛缓解情况、临床疗效、生活质量及实验室相关指标变化情况。 结果治疗后两组患者疼痛程度均缓解，试验组患者数字疼痛评分法（numeric rating scale，NRS）评分低于对照组；试验组患者治疗总有效率（92.50%）高于对照组（72.50%）；两组患者生活质量均有不同程度提高，试验组患者日常生活自理能力（Barthel index）指数高于对照组；治疗后试验组患者血尿酸、C反应蛋白及血沉水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论基于子午流注理论应用三黄散局部外敷能够有效缓解湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎患者疼痛症状，提高患者生活质量，改善相关实验室指标。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe nursing effects of Sanhuang powder based on midnight noon ebb flow theory in relieving pain in patients with gouty arthritis of damp-heat accumulation pattern. MethodsEighty patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method, the control group accepted comprehensive therapy and routine nursing intervention, and the experiment group received Sanhuang powder for external application based on midnight noon ebb flow theory, to compare pain remission conditions, clinical effects, quality of life and lab-related indexes between both groups after treatment. ResultsAfter treatment, pain of both groups was alleviated, NRS score of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group; total effective rate of the experiment group was 92.50%, higher than 72.50% of the control group; quality of life of patients in both groups was improved to varying degrees, Barthel index of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group; the levels of blood uric acid (BUA), CRP and ESR of the experiment group were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionSanhuang powder for external application based on midnight noon ebb flow theory could effectively relieve the pain in patients, raise quality of life and improve the related lab indicators.
