摘要:
梳理历代医家对麻黄连翘赤小豆汤证的认识和现代临床应用规律，指出麻黄连翘赤小豆汤原本用于表证兼湿热内蕴的黄疸病，随着历代医家不断精研病因病机和临床实践，其治疗范围不断扩大，广泛应用于呼吸、皮肤、肾脏、风湿免疫系统等无论表证有否，只要符合湿热内蕴证均可选用本方随证配伍。
Abstract:
By sorting out the doctors' understanding to the sydromes of Mahuang Liaoqiao Chixiaodou Tang in the past dynasties, as well as the laws of modern clinical application, the decoction has been originally used for jaundice of exterior syndrome and retention of damp-heat in the interior, and its therapeutic range continuously extended as the doctors in the past dynasties continued to study the cause and the pathogenesis of the disease and clinical practice, it has been widely applied in respiratory, skin, kidney, rheumatic immune system, no matter exterior syndrome existed or not, provided that it was of retention of damp-heat in the interior, the prescription could be modified and chosen according to the syndromes.
