摘要:
目的探讨香附在明清时期不孕症方剂中的应用特点。 方法运用《中华医典》检索明清时期的妇产科卷，阅读“嗣育”“种子”等篇章，建立Excel方药数据库，通过IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0进行数据挖掘，采用Apriori关联分析。 结果总计119首方剂，145味中药，香附用药频数57，排名第三位，仅次于当归、茯苓，香附最常配伍川芎、当归、陈皮、白芍、茯苓。 结论通过阅读古籍，发现香附在明清时期不孕症方剂中具有重要地位，出现频率高、炮制方法丰富。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the application characteristics of Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) in the prescriptions for infertility in the Ming and Qing dynasties. MethodsZhonghua Yidian was used to search the volume of gynecology and obstetrics in the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Excel database of the prescriptions and herbs were established after reading the chapters of "gestation" and "seed", to perform data mining by IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0, and to conduct Apriori association analysis. ResultsAll 119 prescriptions and 145 herbs were involved, Xiangfu is used for 57 times, ranking the third place, and second only to Danggui (Angelicae sinensis radix) and Fuling (poria), Xiangfu is usually compatible with Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong rhizoma), Danggui, Chenpi (Citri reticulatae pericarpium), Baishao (Paeoniae radix alba) and Fuling. ConclusionBy reading ancient books, Xiangfu holds the important position in the prescriptions for infertility in the Ming and Qing dynasties, with high frequency and diverse processing methods.
