摘要:
基于中医学“血脉之心”与“神明之心”即生理与病理相互联系、影响的思想，国医大师阮士怡提出治疗冠心病当双心同调，形神并重。在临床中他常使用行气活血安神，软坚化痰安神，疏肝解郁、清热泻火，调理脾胃、恢复升降，滋阴养血安神，固本培元、平衡阴阳等方法调治患者，并附验案。
Abstract:
TCM master Ruan Shiyi raises that the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) should focus on regulating heart disease and mental health, equilibrating of shape and spirit on the foundation of "heart governing blood vessels" and "heart governing the spirit" in TCM, namely the theory of mutual interacting and influencing of physiology and pathology. He often adjusts and treats the patients by the method of promoting Qi circulation and blood circulation, calming the mind, softening hardness and transforming phlegm, and tranquilizing, soothing liver and relieving depression, clearing heat and purging fire, regulating spleen and stomach, restoring ascending and descending, nourishing Yin and blood, calming the mind, consolidating basis and cultivating the essence, balancing Yin and Yang, which is discussed in the proven cases.
