摘要:
目的研究穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘的选穴及用药规律。 方法检索中国知识资源总库、中国科技期刊数据库（万方数据）、维普期刊资源整合服务平台数据库与中国生物医学文献服务系统中自建库至2020年1月有关穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘的相关文献，依据纳入与排除标准建立数据库，并对中药与腧穴进行规范化，运用Microsoft Office 2016软件对腧穴与中药频次进行排序，并统计中药归经性味。运用SPSS软件对高频腧穴与中药进行聚类分析。并用中医传承辅助系统软件对腧穴与中药处方进行新方组合。 结果最终纳入69篇文献，涵盖29个腧穴和75味中药，涉及腧穴和中药总频次分别为409、442次。核心腧穴为肺俞、天突、膻中、定喘等，多集中于任脉与膀胱经。核心中药为白芥子、甘遂、延胡索、细辛等，性味以辛温为主，多归属于肺、肾、心、脾经。对高频腧穴及中药进行功效的聚类分析，皆聚为四类。腧穴与中药新方组合各得出5个。 结论穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘的选穴以肺俞为主穴，可依据症、证、病位配合定喘、膻中、心俞、肾俞等穴；选药时以白芥子、甘遂、延胡索与细辛为主，配伍具有化痰、理气、助阳与泻热功效的中药。此外，穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘时，除助阳补阳外，仍要养护阴液。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey the acupoints selection and medication rules of acupoint application of children with asthma. MethodsThe relevant literature about acupoint application in the treatment of children with asthma is searched from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and sinomed between the date of building database and January, 2020, to establish the database according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and conduct the standardization of traditional Chinese Medicine and acupoints, Microsoft Office 2016 software is used to order the frequency of acupoint and traditional Chinese medicine, and count channel tropism, the nature and flavor of herbs. SPSS software is applied to perform cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoint and traditional Chinese medicine. TCMISS is used to make up the new combination of acupoints and herbal prescriptions. ResultsConsequently, the study includes 69 papers, covering 29 acupoints and 75 herbs, total frequency of acupoints and traditional Chinese medicine 409 and 442 times. The core acupoints are Feishu (BL13), Tiantu (CV22), Danzhong (CV17) and Dingchuan (EX-B1), mostly focusing on the Ren meridian and bladder meridian. The core herbs are Baijiezi (Sinapis alba L.), Gansui (Kansui Radix), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma), Xixin (Asari Radix ET Rhizoma) and others, their nature and property are pungent and warm, mostly belonging to the meridians of lung, kidney, heart and spleen. All of high frequency acupoints and traditional Chinese medicine could be grouped into four categories after carrying out the cluster analysis on the effects of these acupoints and herbs. Five new combinations of acupoints and traditional Chinese medicine were yielded. ConclusionFeishu is chosen as the main acupoint when selecting the acupoints in the treatment of children with asthma by acupoint selection, and it could combine with Dingchuan, Danzhong, Xinshu (BL15), Shenshu (BL23) and others in light of symptoms, syndrome and the location of the disease; Baijiezi, Gansu, Yanhusuo and Xixin are selected as the main drugs when choosing the medicine, and they could be compatible with the herbs of resolving phlegm, regulating Qi, invigorating Yang and clearing heat. Besides helping Yang and invigorating Yang, nourishing Yin fluid should be emphasized in the treatment of asthma by acupoint application.
