摘要:
目的观察引阳入阴推拿联合耳穴贴压改善重症监护病房（intensive care unit，ICU）清醒患者睡眠障碍的效果。 方法监测ICU收治的82例清醒患者的睡眠情况，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组予以右美托咪定静脉泵入，观察组在对照组基础上予以引阳入阴推拿联合耳穴贴压进行干预，分析对比两组患者客观睡眠质量指标（深睡眠、浅睡眠、总睡眠时长）、理查兹坎贝尔睡眠（Richards Campbell sleep questionnaire，RCSQ）评分及睡眠障碍发生因素。 结果与对照组比较，观察组总睡眠时长及深睡眠时长明显增加（P＜0.05），而浅睡眠时长差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者RCSQ评分显著高于同期对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组因环境因素、心理因素、疾病因素、护理因素及药物因素发生睡眠障碍的比率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论引阳入阴推拿联合耳穴贴压早期干预可以改善重症监护室清醒患者的睡眠质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of massage of introducing Yang into Yin and auricular point sticking on the improvement of sleep disorders in ICU patients staying awake. MethodsAll 82 patients remaining wakeful who were admitted to ICU were monitored, and randomized into the observation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group accepted intravenous pumping of dexmedetomidine, and the observation group were intervened by massage of introducing Yang into Yin and auricular point sticking, to analyze and compare objective indexes of sleep quality (deep sleep, light sleep, total sleep duration), RCSQ scores and the risk factors of sleep disorder between the two groups. ResultsCompared with the control group, total sleep duration and the duration of deep sleep increased obviously in the observation group (P<0.05), while the difference had no statistical meaning in the duration of light sleep (P>0.05). RCSQ scores of the observation group were remarkably higher than these of the control group over the same period (P<0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in the rates of sleep disorder caused by environmental factors, psychological factors, disease factors, nursing factors and drugs remarkably (P<0.05). ConclusionEarly intervention massage of introduc- ing Yang into Yin and auricular point sticking could improve sleep quality in ICU patients staying awake.
