摘要:
就针刺治疗房颤的作用机制进行综述，认为针刺可以通过缓解心房结构重塑、调节离子通道改善心房电重塑、调节心脏自主神经功能、减少炎性因子四个方面改善症状，为针刺治疗房颤提供参考。
Abstract:
By reviewing the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of atrial fibrillation, acupun-cture is regarded as an effective approach of improving the symptoms by relieving atrial remodeling, regulating ion channel and improving atrial electrical remodeling, adjusting cardiac autonomic nerve function as well as reducing cytokines, which could produce the reference for acupuncture in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
