摘要:
目的探讨跨科延续优质护理对动静脉内瘘术后初始血液透析患者并发症、营养状况、心理情绪及生活质量的影响。 方法将动静脉内瘘术后初始血液透析患者88例用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各44例，对照组采取常规护理，研究组予跨科延续优质护理。比较两组患者心理情绪评分、营养状态、术后并发症发生率、生活质量及护理满意度。 结果研究组抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），营养指标（血红蛋白、白蛋白）、满意度、生活质量量表评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论跨科延续优质护理可降低初始血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术后并发症的发生率，有助于改善患者营养状况和心理状况，提高其生活质量和满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of quality care on the complications, nutritional status, psychology and quality of life in initial hemodialysis patients after internal arteriovenous fistula. MethodsAll 88 patients were allocated to two groups by using random number table method, the control group cross-subject continuing adopted conventional care, and the experiment group cross-subject continuing quality care. To compare psychological emotion scores, nutritional status, the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degrees between both groups. ResultsThe experiment group was lower than the control group in SDS, SAS and the incidence of the complications (P<0.05), higher than the control group in nutritional indexes (hemoglobin values, albumin), satisfaction degrees and SF-36 scores (P<0.05). ConclusionAfter the operation of internal arteriovenous fistula, cross-subject continuing quality care could reduce the incidence of short-term complications in initial hemodialysis patients, it could help improve nutritional status and psychological state, lift quality of life and satisfactory degree.
