摘要:
目的基于知识图谱分析中药治疗甲状腺疾病的研究现状、研究热点及前沿。 方法专业检索中国知网期刊数据库，采用CiteSpace 5.7 R1软件分别以作者、机构、关键词为节点绘制相关知识图谱。 结果近二十年中药治疗甲状腺疾病的研究呈蓬勃发展趋势，形成6个较为稳定的研究团队和以辽宁中医药大学、中国中医科学院广安门医院等为代表的主要研究阵地；涉及热点病种有甲状腺功能亢进症、亚急性甲状腺炎、桥本甲状腺炎等；常用的治疗方法为中医药疗法、中西医结合疗法；研究方向涵盖综述、临床疗效、病因病机等；其中临床疗效及甲状腺功能方面的研究可能是未来研究的重要方向。 结论中药治疗甲状腺疾病的研究越来越受到学术界的重视，但各研究团队、研究机构间较为独立、分散，合作力度还有待于加强；目前研究大多停留于综述、临床疗效观察，缺乏药物作用机制的探讨方面。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze current status, research hotspots and frontier research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid disease based on knowledge map. MethodsAfter performing professional search in CNKI, CiteSpace 5.7 R1 software was used to draw the relevant knowledge maps by taking authors, institutions and keywords as the nodes respectively. ResultsThe researches on treating thyroid disease by tradi-tional Chinese medicine boomed, forming six more stable research teams and main research positions represented by Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences; the involved diseases contained hyperthyroidism, subacute thyroiditis and Hashimoto's thyroiditis; the common therapeutic methods were TCM therapy, and integrative medicine therapy; the research directions covered review, clinical effects, the causes and the pathogenesis; among them, the researches on clinical effects and thyroid function might be the important direction for future researches. ConclusionMore and more attention has been pain to the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid diseases. However, the research teams and institutions are relatively independent and scattered, and the cooperation needs to be strengthened; most of the studies are focused on the review and clinical efficacy observation, lacking the exploration on the mechanism of drug action.
