摘要:
总结第三届国医大师李佃贵教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG）的常用药物——五虫五草，五虫指全蝎、蜈蚣、水蛭、土鳖虫、炮山甲，五草指飞扬草、凤尾草、鸡骨草、冬凌草、白花蛇舌草；虫草并用，标本兼治，可有效延缓或逆转CAG病变进展。
Abstract:
Professor Li Diangui as one of the third national TCM masters, the paper summarizes his commonly used drugs for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), five insect drugs and five herbaceous plants, five insect drugs refers to Quanxie (scorpio), Wugong (scolopendra), Shuizhi (hirudo), Tubiechong (eupolyphaga steleophaga) and Paoshanjia (squama manis), five herbaceous plants covering Feiyangcao (euphorbiae hirtae herba), Fengweicao (Pteris multifida Poir.), Jigucao (abri herba), Donglingcao (rabdosiae rubescentis herba) and Baihua sheshecao (herba hedyotis); the combination of insects and plants could treat both the symptoms and root cause, and effectively delay or reverse the progression of CAG.
