摘要:
目的研究中医药治疗注意缺陷多动障碍（attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，ADHD）的相关文献，为ADHD患者提供最佳治疗思路。 方法使用知识图谱软件CiteSpace与VOSviewer分析中国知网的相关文献数据，绘制关键词网络图谱、密度图谱及前沿图谱。 结果中医药治疗ADHD的热点主要有中医药综合疗法、中药、临床疗效、针灸、辨证论治等；研究方向主要集中在病因和病机、中药复方临床疗效评价、推拿治疗等方面；未来的研究趋势涉及中医证型、中药复方、中医外治法等。 结论中医药治疗ADHD优势突出，不良反应较少、发展前景广阔；需要结合中医证型和ADHD个体化治疗措施、采用现代化科技手段研究中药复方、跟踪研究热点研究中药药理、挖掘和整理中西医结合治疗方法、整合名医经验和经典医籍等5方面进行改进。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo produce the optimal treatment ideas for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) patients by studying the papers about TCM therapy for ADHD. MethodsThe relevant literature in CNKI was analyzed using knowledge mapping software including CiteSpace, and VOSviewer, to draw keywords network map, density map and frontier map. ResultsThe hot spots of TCM therapy for ADHD mainly contain TCM comprehensive therapy, materia medica, clinical effects, acupuncture, syndrome differentiation and treatment; the research direction principally focuses on the cause, the pathogenesis, clinical effects evaluation of herbal compound, massage treatment; the future research trends involve TCM pattern, herbal compound and TCM external treatment. ConclusionTCM therapy for ADHD has the greatest advantage with less adverse reaction and broad development prospect; Improvements should be made in five aspects: combining TCM patterns and individualized treatment measures for ADHD, modern scientific and technological means to study TCM compounds, study of the pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine by tracking research hot spots, digging and sorting out therapeutic methods of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, integrating famous doctors’ experience and classical medical books.
