摘要:
目的分析我国关于脑肠互动的研究热点及现状。 方法利用中国知网、维普、万方数据库检索主题词为脑肠互动的相关文献，时间不限；利用Excel对文献发布年代及数量趋势进行描述，应用NoteExpress软件提取关键词频次并生成共词矩阵，应用SPSS 22.0软件进行聚类分析，应用Ucinet6.0和NetDraw 2.0进行社会网络分析。 结果共筛选脑肠互动有效文献数193篇，有效关键词252个，核心词汇主要为脑肠互动、脑肠轴、脑肠肽等。 结论脑肠互动的研究仍有待完善，应在现代医学科研成果基础上，发挥中医自身优势，对功能性胃肠病进行全面、深入的研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze research hotspots and current state of brain-gut interaction in China. MethodsThe papers with the key words of brain-gut interaction were retrieved without limitation of time using CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database; the publication year of the papers and quantity trend were described using Excel, the frequency of key words was extracted applying NoteExpress software, and common word matrix, cluster analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software, social network analysis was carried out utilizing Ucinet 6.0 and NetDraw 2.0. ResultsAll 193 effective papers and 252 effective key words were screened, and the core words were mainly brain-gut interaction, brain-gut axis and brain-gut peptide. ConclusionThe research on brain-gut interaction still needs to be improved, therefore, we should continue to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the scientific research achievements of modern medicine, and conduct comprehensive and in-depth targeted research on functional gastrointestinal diseases.
