摘要:
从中医药对糖尿病肾病的认识入手，阐述补虚类中药人参、黄芪、红芪、红景天、绞股蓝、淫羊藿、冬虫夏草、白芍、石斛、黄精、枸杞等治疗糖尿病肾病的药理机制，认为补虚类中药在治疗糖尿病肾病中具有极大优势，相关研究主要集中在抗氧化应激、抗炎、代谢紊乱以及肾脏血流动力学改变机制方面，对于天然免疫、自噬、非编码RNA、昼夜节律和表观遗传修饰等方面研究还需加大力度。
Abstract:
The paper states the pharmacological mechanism of herbal tonics in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease (DKD), including ginseng, Huangqi(Astragali radix), Hongqi(Hedysari radix), Hongjingtian (Rhodiolae crenulatae radix et rhizoma), Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphylla), Yinyanghuo (Epimedii folium), Dongchongxiacao (Cordyceps), Baishao(Paeoniae radix alba), Shihu (Dendrobii caulis), Huangjing(Polygonati rhizoma), Gouqi (Lycii fructus) on the foundation of the understanding of DKD in TCM, herbal tonics show the great advantages in the treatment of DKD, and the relevant studies mainly focus on anti-oxidative stress, anti-inflammation, metabolic disturbance and renal hemodynamic changes, and we should intensify research efforts on natural immunization, autophagy, non-coding RNA, circadian rhythm and epigenetic modifications.
