摘要:
通过综述相关文献发现，冠心病合并失眠的病因主要为饮食不节、劳逸失调、情志不畅、年老体虚；病机是以“痰、瘀、虚、火”为核心的本虚标实之证；证型主要分痰热瘀阻型、痰瘀气郁型、气滞血瘀型、阴血不足型、阳虚血弱型，PCI术后合并失眠的患者主要证型为气虚血瘀证；前期实证居多，治以化痰祛瘀清热为主，后期或行PCI术术后多为虚证，应注重补益气血阴阳。
Abstract:
By reviewing the relevant literature, the main causes of coronary heart disease and insomnia are irregular diet, imbalance of labor and rest, bad mood, old and weak; the pathogenesis is the pattern of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality with "phlegm, stagnation, deficiency and fire" as the core; the patterns are mainly divided into phlegm-heat stasis-obstruction, phlegm-stagnating Qi-depression, Qi stagnation blood stasis, deficiency of Yin-blood, Yang deficiency and blood deficiency, and the patients with insomnia after PCI are of the pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis; At the early stage of illness, most of the patients are of excess pattern, treated with the main method of resolving-phlegm, removing stagnation and clearing heat, at the late stage or after PCI, the patients belong to the deficiency pattern, and importance should be attached to tonifying Qi, blood, Yin and Yang.
