摘要:
阐述谢晶日教授运用“疏郁通降”法治疗胃食管反流病的经验，谢晶日教授临床治疗胃食管返流病的常用治法有疏肝理气、抑酸止痛、通畅腑气、和降胃气及固护脾胃，通过运用以上治疗方法，临床上可以减少胃食管反流病的发生率，提高患者生活质量，并附验案1则。
Abstract:
The author elucidated professor Xie Jingri's experience in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with the method of "dredging the liver and regulating Qi, the common methods that he used in clinical therapy of GERD contained dispersing the liver and regulating Qi, suppressing acidity and relieving pain, regulating visceral Qi, harmonizing and lowering gastric Qi, and protecting the spleen and stomach. The above treatments were applied to reduce the incidence of GERD in clinic, and improve the quality of life of the patients, and illustrated in the one proven case attached.
