摘要:
对如意金黄散的相关实验研究进行综述，指出如意金黄散具有清热除湿、散结化痰、消肿止痛功效，主要用于阳证疮疡。其组成药物药理作用多，通过抗炎镇痛、抑菌、增加溶酶菌含量、激活巨噬细胞和吞噬功能等起抗菌、镇痛、降压等作用。
Abstract:
By reviewing the relevant experimental researches on Ruyi Jinhuang powder, the powder has the effects of clearing away heat and dampness, eliminating the stagnation and resolving phlegm, reducing swelling and relieving pain, mainly used for the treatment of Yang type of sores. Since its component drugs possesses many pharmacological effects, the powder could fight bacteria, ease pain and lower blood pressure by anti-inflammation and easing pain, anti-bacteria, increasing the contents of lysozyme, activating macrophage and phagocytosis.
